Nicole Campbell, AFSB

Parrot Surety Services' Top Squawk and an experienced Senior Underwriter, Nicole Campbell has been in the Surety industry since 2005. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Nicole started her career as an underwriter at Lexon Surety through the Sompo acquisition before pursuing opportunities with Houston International Insurance Group (now Skyward Specialty), and QBE North America. Nicole is a solution based underwriter, having experience nationally across contract surety, non-contract surety, and structured arrangements.
Nicole also has her Master of Fine Arts from the NY Film Academy and enjoys the art of photography and alternative photographic processes in her free time with her puppy, Rowdy, often being the subject.

Adam Milliren
Chief of Operations
Managing Member
A service member at your service, Adam Milliren served two enlistments (8 years) with the Marines as a Combat Engineer. He served with 9th Engineer Support Battalion in Okinawa, Japan and ended his active service with 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion as a Sergeant. Thereafter, he used GI Bill to attend Belmont University's Jack C. Massey College of Business, graduating with his BBA concentrated in Venture Management. Adam's service experience in construction and engineering overseas familiarized him with world-wide construction standards. Now serving the construction industry, Adam seeks to help other Veteran Entrepreneurs and Contractors with their business visions and goals while also providing placement for surety bonds and surety programs.

Haley Rhoads
Surety Bond Specialist
A woman working to normalize female roles in the construction industry, Haley Rhoads is providing surety bonding and bond programs to contractors across the Southeast. Haley has sold heavy equipment to contractors and worked in construction administration prior to beginning her career as a Surety Agent from her homestead in Georgia.

Brianna Stephenson
Marketing Manager,
Surety Bond Specialist
Not just another college student, also an experienced professional in the surety industry. Brianna Stephenson is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management while working full-time at Parrot Surety Services. When she is not working or doing schoolwork, Brianna enjoys watching her husband and brother-in-law play baseball, swimming, and watching her favorite true crime shows.
